GameNest does not require user registration and does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or passwords. We use standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for operational and security purposes only. Game progress is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never leaves your device.
We use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-0VSWVCW34R) to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, approximate location (country-level), device type, and referrer. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies, and may use Google Signals to enable cross-device reporting where you are signed into your Google account. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the official Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by using your browser's cookie controls.
We display advertising on the site to keep all games free. We work with third-party advertising partners, including Adsterra and A-ADS, who may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. These partners may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages visited to show relevant ads and measure ad performance.
Our advertising partners may use behavioral advertising (interest-based ads). Our games are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in compliance with COPPA. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Server logs are retained for up to 14 days for operational and security monitoring, then automatically deleted. Analytics data is retained by Google per its data retention policy (default 14 months). We use HTTPS encryption on all pages.
